World Mental Health Day 2018

We know how important mental health is. According to Mind, in England 1 in 6 people report experiencing a common mental health problem (such as anxiety and depression) in any given week. World Mental Health Day is a time to reflect on your own or consider giving your time to support an individual or organisation in need.
